Fecal Analysis Training

Learn to do your own fecal analysis. Hands-on learning, so bring a microscope if you can!  Class size is limited to 10 people so register soon. 

The class will be held at Biltz Hall on the campus of St. Paul's Lutheran High School in Concordia, Missouri.  Biltz Hall is a conference center, and sleeping rooms are available for $65 per night. If you would like a sleeping room for Friday night, please indicate on your registration form. 

Susan Jaster

Susan Jaster has been assisting farmers and ranchers in West Central Missouri with practical, biological, resilient solutions to agricultural issues and product marketing since 2009 for Lincoln University Cooperative Extension Innovative Small Farmers’ Outreach Program and Missouri AgrAbility Project, in Lafayette, Johnson and Ray Counties in Missouri.  Susan has been involved with farming since the early 1980’s. She and her family celebrated 25 years of service with the 4-H program in 2017. She has cared for many livestock species throughout her live. In 2010 she began raising American Blackbelly sheep and practicing adaptive grazing techniques for soil health and water quality conservation.
