Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition!! with Dr. Norm Evans

We are delighted to bring to Dr. Norm Evans to our 2020 MOPACA Winter Seminar. During Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition!!

1)  External Parasitized Alpacas  Dr. Evans will discuss fiber damage, along with causes and treatment options. He will use many pictures to demonstrate fiber damage.

2) Nutrition to Maximize Reproduction and Fiber Health   Dr. Evans will share his thoughts on the best nutrition options for growth, maintenance, gestation, lactation, fiber and senior alpacas.

3) Alpaca Breeder Considerations for Fiber Improvement   This segment will cover things to consider as breeding decisions are made.

Fees are:  $65 MOPACA member, $60 2nd attendee from same farm; $90 non-MOPACA member.  Registration includes breakfast and lunch. Schedule:  Registration and breakfast will be held from 7:30 - 8:30 am, and the seminar will begin at 8:30. A membership meeting will be held during the lunch hour, from 12 - 1:30 pm, and the seminar will continue from 1:30 - 4:00 pm.

Rooms are available at a rate of $65 per night. Specify one queen bed or two when registering. We will reserve your room, and you will pay Biltz Hall directly at the time of your stay.
